Our editorial principles
We separate ambition from execution. An impressive technical phrase is not automatically a better game, and a quiet improvement can matter more than a headline feature. We look for what a system promises, how consistently it delivers, and what kind of player it rewards. We consider edge cases without pretending they represent the whole experience.
